Spanish artist Carlos Azañedo (Madrid, 1990) has taken the art world by storm with his powerful and complex works.
Through agile and expressive brushstrokes, brought to the canvas without a previous sketch, Carlos masterfully captures the atmosphere of his imaginary scenarios. Colour, light, movement and perspective are used by this artist to create unique and genuine compositions.
Despite exhibiting frequently in the United States and Asia, Carlos began his artistic career in Madrid. Azañedo’s place in the Spanish art scene is indisputable and this exhibition brings his work back to the same city that conceived it.
